Goto Paid URL Shortener (“Goto,” “we,” or “us”) respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Copyright Act, 2059 (2002) of Nepal (link). Our policy is to:
- Remove or disable access to material we believe in good faith is infringing copyrighted works; and
- Terminate or suspend accounts of repeat infringers.
A. How to Report Copyright Infringement
If you believe content hosted on or accessible through Goto infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our Designated Agent that includes all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Identification of the copyrighted work(s) claimed to be infringed.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, including its location (URL) on our service, with sufficient detail to locate it.
- Contact information for the notifier: name, address, telephone number, and email (if available).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

B. What Happens After We Receive a Proper Notice
Upon receipt of a complete, bona fide infringement notice, Goto will:
- Remove or disable access to the reported material.
- Notify the content provider, member, or user that the material was removed or access was disabled.
- In appropriate cases, terminate or suspend accounts of repeat infringers.
