Definition. Certain features of the Services allow collection and tracking of metrics and analytics related to URLs shortened via the Services (“Goto Paid URL Shortener Metrics”), including but not limited to:
Ownership. All Goto Paid URL Shortener Metrics are owned by Goto Paid URL Shortener, which may use, license, sell, or otherwise dispose of them for any purpose.
Definition. “Content” includes URLs, shortened URLs, curated URLs, bundles, videos, audio, posts, comments, data, text, software, scripts, graphics, and interactive features made accessible through the Services.
User Content. All Content added, created, uploaded, submitted, distributed, or posted by users (publicly or privately) is the sole responsibility of the user. You access Content at your own risk and are responsible for any resulting damage or loss. When you delete User Content, it is removed from the Services; however, (i) certain User Content (e.g., previously shortened URLs and related Metrics) may remain available, and (ii) removed User Content may persist in backups for a reasonable period (not shared after removal).
Goto Content. Content provided by Goto Paid URL Shortener or its partners (including Metrics) is protected by intellectual property and other laws. You must comply with all notices and restrictions in such Content.
Use License. Subject to these Terms, Goto Paid URL Shortener grants a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable license to use the Content for personal, non-commercial use as part of the Services. Any other use (including reproduction, modification, distribution, or storage) requires prior written permission. For commercial use, purchase a license for our Brand Tools or contact us.

IN NO EVENT SHALL LIABILITY EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100.00) IN THE AGGREGATE. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW EXCLUSIONS OR LIMITATIONS OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Nepal, without regard to its conflict of law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts of Nepal for any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms.
These Terms of Service are the entire agreement between you and Goto Paid URL Shortener regarding the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications. If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining Terms will remain in full force and effect.
Force Majeure. Goto Paid URL Shortener is not liable for failure to perform due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including mechanical, electronic, or communications failure or degradation.
Assignment. These Terms are personal to you and may not be assigned or transferred without Goto’s prior written consent. Goto Paid URL Shortener may assign or delegate its rights and obligations without consent.
Agency. No agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship is created by these Terms, and neither party may bind the other.
Notices. Unless otherwise stated, notices must be in writing and are deemed given: upon receipt if personally delivered or sent by certified/registered mail; when receipt is electronically confirmed if sent by fax or email; or the next day if sent by recognized overnight delivery.
No Waiver. Failure to enforce any part of these Terms is not a waiver of future enforcement. A waiver is binding only if in writing by an authorized Goto representative.
Headings. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
